• What we collect: Current device location (latitude and longitude)
• Why: To analyze flight safety, retrieve airspace information, and provide weather data
• Storage: For signed-in users, location coordinates and AI results are stored in private Firebase (Firestore) analysis history until account deletion.
• Collection and transfer: Only after you explicitly accept the privacy and safety notice and request an analysis.

Account Information

• What we collect: Email address, display name, profile photo URL
• Why: To manage your account and save drone and flight records
• How: Via Google OAuth 2.0 or Sign in with Apple

Drone Model Information

• What we collect: Drone model name entered by you
• Why: To provide personalized flight safety analysis and camera setting recommendations

Pilot License Information

• What we collect: License type and status (entered by you)
• Why: To provide region-specific regulatory guidance

2. AI Features Disclosure (Google Gemini AI)

This Service uses Google Gemini AI to generate flight safety analysis, shot guides, and airspace information.

• After your explicit consent, requesting an analysis sends your drone model, location coordinates, and weather data to the Gemini API.
• If you choose indoor shot analysis, the photo you select and its capture metadata are sent to the Gemini API. The original photo is not stored on our service servers.
• AI-generated results are for reference purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Always verify with official sources before flying.

3. Flight Safety and Legal Responsibility Notice

This Service is not an aviation authority and does not make final flight legality decisions or issue flight authorization.

• AI analysis, maps, airspace, weather, altitude, flight-permission, and photography-permission results are reference-only and are not legal advice, official clearance, administrative approval, or a safety guarantee.
• Rules can differ by country, region, airspace, aircraft weight, flight purpose, pilot qualification, registration, insurance, Remote ID, photography permits, night operations, BVLOS, operations over people or events, airports, military/security areas, private property, and privacy laws.
• Before every flight, you must verify the current official aviation authority rules, local authority rules, NOTAMs, TFRs or temporary restrictions, current airspace notices, privacy, image rights, property, and filming laws for the exact location.
• You are responsible for obtaining required flight authorization, photography permits, aircraft registration, pilot qualification, insurance, Remote ID compliance, notices, and flight-plan filings.
• External APIs, maps, AI output, weather data, and airspace data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect. Do not fly based only on this app.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for fines, penalties, enforcement actions, civil or criminal liability, accidents, property damage, injury, or other losses caused by errors, delays, omissions, third-party service failures, or reliance on app information.
• By using this app, you acknowledge that you understand this notice and that final flight decisions and legal responsibility remain with you as the pilot/operator.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information only to:

• Provide pre-flight safety analysis
• Deliver personalized shot guides and camera settings
• Display airspace information and local drone regulations
• Operate user-submitted hazard reports on Android (disabled in the current iOS version)
• Improve service quality and fix errors

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services

Our service uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and file storage
• Firebase Analytics (Google): Feature-usage and app-quality events
• Google Gemini AI: AI-powered analysis
• WeatherAPI.com: Location-based weather and air-quality data
• V-World, FAA NMS, and OpenAIP: Location-based airspace and NOTAM lookup
• Google AdMob: Advertising on Android (disabled in the current iOS version)
• OpenStreetMap / Leaflet: Map display

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Account, drone, flight-log, permit, and usage data: Deleted upon account deletion
• GPS location and AI analysis history: Stored in Firebase until account deletion
• Original indoor-shot photos: Not stored on our service servers
• Android user-submitted hazard reports: Deleted with the account

7. Security

• All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Firebase Security Rules prevent unauthorized access to user data.
• We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
• Withdraw consent for data processing

9. Children's Privacy

This Service is not directed to children under the age of 14.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.

We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notices or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
